Years of experience, hard won and well taught have given me extensive knowlege of all styles and varieties of fishing, together with a mental blueprint of the bottom contours of our local waters and beyond. So don't hesitate to join me aboard the Mistress Too. She is a fast, clean and comfortable 41' Hatteras. Boasting accomodations for up to 6 passengers. She is equipped with full electronics, and loaded with tackle for inshore and offshore fishing. 2 V6 53's - A combined 800 HP offers us speeds up to 30 knots. Less running time gives us more fishing time! She is manned by an experienced captain and mate. You can never be too young or too old to fish on the Mistress Too. It is my job is to ensure that you enjoy a safe and enjoyable day on the water. Come aboard !, lets catch some fish and lots of memories together.

Before we set out on the Fishing Adventure you have been dreaming about, let me give you a little of my background...I grew up on Long Island's south shore in the lazy town of Point Lookout, just a little West of Jones Inlet. Surrounded by water, it's no surprise that I was fishing by age 6. The truth is, from the moment I first held a fishing pole in my hands, I knew, I knew I wanted to be a fisherman. At age 10, I started working my summer vacations as a mate on party boats, until, just a few years later, I had saved enough to buy my first boat. She was a Boston Whaler, 13 feet. I was brimming with pride, 13 years old....

And so it began, I immediately started selling my catches...... Bass , Blues , Fluke , Blackfish and Flounder to the local restaurants and markets, then there was the Bait business. Clams, crabs, eels and other baitfish to the local bait stations, party and charter boats.

At 18, I headed East. Montauk Point. I fell in love with Montauk!...

Starting on the party boats, I soon moved ahead to work on charter boats. And there, the learning continued. I am privileged to have worked with some of the best fishermen on the East End, and they were generous with their knowlege. By 1984 I had purchaced my own 30', which I used for commercial fishing, while still working on large draggers and longliners.

Then in 1991, it was farewell to the 30' and onto a 42' Bruno and Stillman dragger.

For the next 12 years it was work, work, work.... raising a family, putting food on the table. I've been living a great life here in Montauk, and now, after over 30 years of living and working these waters, I am inviting you to join me as I live my dream, owning and running my own charter boat.
